Navajo-Churro sheep are a heritage breed of sheep originally developed by the Diné (Navajo) people in the Southwest US. These sheep are the oldest breed in North America and have existed for hundreds of years but are classified as threatened with extinction by The Livestock Conservancy. I source my wool from small farms and shops that support Diné (Navajo) shepherds to ensure a fair and honorable price for their wool and help them sustain their flocks of Navajo-Churro sheep.which strengthens the weave structure, but since the backing is a synthetic felt and some prefer a natural product, you will need to purchase this option separately.
CLEANING:
Spot cleaning is recommended. If you find the need for washing, use cold water and gently wash and air dry. Use a warm iron on the wool setting if pressing is needed.
** Note: I always refund postage overages
